Education, health, life skills — every player develops off the pitch as much as on it.
Education first
No school, no squad. 100% of players maintain school attendance. We support their academics, provide tutoring, and ensure football never comes at the cost of their future.
Health & wellness
Nutrition, injury prevention, and mental health — we care for the whole player. Regular health checks and wellness programmes are built into the academy structure.
Community service
Mandatory service builds character and roots players in their community. Over 500 hours logged collectively. They give back to the place that raised them.
