Viva Praesentia — players gathered between matches

Viva Praesentia · Founded 2024

Built for players who actually play.

We didn't want another rec league with corporate signage. We wanted real brackets, real stakes, and a stage for the players already showing up every weekend with no audience. So we built one.

01

The thesis

Why this exists,
in one paragraph.

A competitive place for players to actually play. That's it. Tournaments where the bracket is real, the prize money is real, and the people on the sideline are players too. A platform that tracks who's actually winning. Pickup games that fill in the nights between events. No corporate league, no rec-flag energy — football the way it's already played in the streets, finally with a stage.

02

The founder

Football that never counted.

I've played this game most of my life — and for most of it, it never counted for anything. Pickup runs where the best player just walked off and nobody remembered. No stakes. No record. No way to actually prove it.

The roots of this brand run through Teshie, Ghana — a football academy, a community, streets where the game means everything and nobody needs a corporate league to make it real. That's the standard. Football with weight. Football people remember.

I got tired of football that didn't mean anything. So I built the thing I always wanted.

Real competition, with something on the line. 1v1 in the cage. Your squad against the city. An ELO that says exactly where you stand — and follows you everywhere.

If you've ever felt like you were better than your Sunday run ever let you show — this is for you. Stop playing for nothing. Come prove it.
